At Zafferano, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and tableware selections. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack the items in their original Zafferano packaging, ensuring all protective materials are included to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
